What is Interactive Art?

You may have heard of Moment Factory and teamLab, but how about the people that walked so we could run? 🏃

One of my passions – both personally and professionally – is interactive art. idNerd has an entire lab team that works on interactive art concepts for OOH advertising and art installations.

We love the idea of an art show that doesn’t distance the artist from the visitor, i.e. where the visitor becomes a participant or even a pivotal piece of the art form.

But I wanted to know where the concept came from and how it’s evolved. So I did a little research.
